Darwinian CRM

Whilst “Wilfing” (What was I looking for) today I came across this interesting article relating the CRM process with Darwinian theory. Not as outlandish as you may first think. If we are indeed the product of evolution it would make sense that all subsequent actions from our being would follow a similar path. The article put me in mind of a book I read some years ago “Darwin Among Machines” by George Dyson – a disturbing and apocalyptic vision of the future.

Anyway the key point here is that with any implementation of technology be it CRM or any web development project always remember the adage: Evolution not Revolution!
